Journey to Rustacean

Introduction #
Welcome to my blog post about my journey to becoming a Rust programmer.
I am aware that this journey will not be easy, as I don't have a lot of experience with any real lower level languages, and the thought of memory management and such is still taunting.
I've dipped my toes into C++ a couple of times, and made some small games with Raylib on C. But those languages weren't really for me.
What's different about Rust? #
Rust is different because, I feel like my way of thinking and the way my thoughts gather in my head, is very connected with the way Rust is written and done.
Thus I believe it will open a lot of new doors for myself, as I've also been wanting to get into Open Source and FOSS for a decent bit now.
